How to Start preparation for GRE (general exam) and TOEFL?
Which study material to follow or mock test etc?

for GRE Manhattan 5lb pound is good, apart from that you can follow Gregmat youtube channel (one of the best), Maghoosh Flash cards and Word bot app for vocabs.

Start with official guide of both tests. For GRE go for the tested tutor YouTube website and for TOEFL tst prep and TOEFL resources YouTube channel

Google "GRE PREP CLUB", you will find a LOT of questions to practice, from a plethora of sources. Filter the questions with "medium" and "hard" level of difficulty and get to it. 
Jay is absolutely right. It is imperative that you refer the official guides as well, especially for the AWA section.
Apart from these, you could also refer the Manhattan set of 8 books and Manhattan 5lb book.

I’m no senior but would suggest you to write duolingo instead of toefel or ielts and write gre only if you wanna apply for cs.If choosing CS then practice problems from mahattan 5lb and learn concepts and exam patter from ets book.For mock tests I would suggest Kaplan practice tests(10) and power prep tests from ets.
