I am applying in univ :sjsu,ucb,uc davis,asu,usc,tamu,davis,purdue,penn state,ncsu
internship 6 months in videocon
work ex 9 months + ( as backend devloper +qa engineer)
also worked in NGO
please divide these in safe, moderate,ambi
should anyone guide me whether to take gre/toefl again.
im very very confused regarding this.

@bassi UCB, UCdavis,usc,tamu,davis,purdue,penn state,ncsu are all ambitious. Chances of not getting in these universities is very high. You have chance in SJSU and ASU. Be realistic while applying.

UC Berkeley - Super Ambitious
TAMU, Purdue, Penn State, NCSU, UC Davis, USC - Ambitious
ASU, SJSU - Safe
Retaking GRE isn't necessary. You have a high quant score. But retake it if you think you can get 320+. If you get 320+ then some of your ambitious universities would become moderate. 
Check the cutoff for TOEFL in the department website of these colleges. They usually have a cutoff. You can decide if you want to take TOEFL after checking that out.
