Sjsu require strong cgpa along with descent GRE i.e (305-315) depending on your course. USC is one of the top Universities in the USA so definitely you will need high GRE score to get into this University.

I think you've an advantage in terms of work experience. I suggest that you should write GRE again and aim for 160-165 in quant.
