Hey! As long as there's demand for any job, there will be a lot of recruitment which involves H1B sponsoring, However, as per a lot of answers here and there (Quora especially), there is a general aversion towards sponsoring of H1B or issuing it as well for non-STEM courses for their own reasons at that.
This doesn't mean it's impossible to get a job with a visa sponsor, but it is best to speak with alumnus of the university over LinkedIn and look for other alternatives in the meantime (France/Italy etc) so that you don't run out of options!
