CONFUSED! Need suggestions for shortlisting university in US for MS in CS.

Below is my profile:

>UG in Telecommunication with 8.4 CGPA
>GRE (given in 2019) - 314 - Verbal: 152; Quant: 162; Writing: 4
>TOEFL - 113
> Work exp: 5 years as a Salesforce developer. Currently working in Salesforce
>No paper published
I wish to pursue MS in CS (mostly Software engineering track with flexibility of choosing ML/AI basics). I have shortlisted UIUC, UIC, Northeastern, Wisconsin-Madison. What other options do I have? TIA!
