Hi Ajay,
It is not possible to get a decision (forget about an admit at this point) at California State universityies with good acceptance within a week at this point. Luckily there are a few exceptions. I got a mail last week that the Illinois Institute of technology is having an on-spot decision event. You can try to apply to that. Adding the email content below.
