Can I get an admit from a good  university with a score of 302 (163 139  3)   for MS in chemical engineering.
or should I retake GRE.

If you're applying for Fall 19 I think you should proceed with these scores as the deadlines are approaching. If your target University deadlines are late then you might think of retaking. All the best!

Frankly I don't think you'll need to retake GRE as your branch is a little specialised. My friend got an admit last year on a similar score for Petrochemical Engg. In one of the top 30 universities.

I don’t think you need to retake GRE. Since I’m myself from chemical BG I know that there are plenty of Univ that have low Gre req.  But then your profile must be decent to say a least.

What is your awa and also ielts split up?? I think it will compensate if these scores are good.

I think your verbal score won’t matter based on ielts as long as you are applying for Univ with rank 30-40+
