Can i Get a suggestion? I am going for Masters in Civil engineering in USA. And i want to do job after the degree (not Phd). WHat is better for me to choose of the two - MS or MEng? Is MEng having the same value as MS in USA? Please help me with this.

Yes, MEng is better if your aim is to get a job. It is more industry based, however in future if you decide to pursue PhD in that case ms with thesis would be a right option.
