Congratulations on your acceptances.

Coursework:
To begin, keep in mind that the majors offered by both schools are distinct. If coursework and curriculum are your top priorities, consider Computer Science because it covers a wide range of roles in a variety of industries. Opportunities will be created in business roles, data roles, and core technical roles as a result of CS. IT will limit you to only applying for a subset of available positions; however, if you take appropriate electives, you will be eligible for other roles such as Soft Engg, Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist.

Location:
Because ASU IT is provided by the Polytechnic campus, you will not be able to fully utilise the resources provided by the Tempe campus. ASU is close to California, and Arizona is one of the country's upcoming top tech destinations.

Rankings:
ASU has a higher ranking. If you care about the school's reputation, which I believe is less important based on my research and discussions with seniors and passouts enrolled in these and other schools, however with that being said, unfortunately IITC, UDelaware does not compete with ASUs IT.

Despite the fact that UDelaware offers the MS CS programme, its reputation as a good CS school is poor. ASU's IT is technical, and you can choose electives from the computer science department. In addition, ASU's professors are of higher calibre than those at the other schools you mentioned.
