Syracuse(30%funding) > UTD > UNCC > IITC > RIT > Alabama Huntsville > NJIT > CSU FRESNO, rest drop them not suitable for ur profile.

i would suggest to choose from Syracuse, UTD, or UNCC.. any1 would be good.. not much difference.. Syracuse ms cs is kinda coursework different than others, much of computer engineering subjects like CO, ACA etc... UTD has good research aspects.. UNCC cs also reputed...

NEU CS.. don't apply simply waste of money.. more than GRE reason will be TOEFL 91..they hardly considered 98 also for CS.. 100 majorly required.. 1st round only they will reject u.. apply somewhere else like UHMC, WPI etc... neu u want to try then apply MS IS.

Minimum AVG GRE score for all colleges like utd uncc syra wpi uhmc is 305, but still some exceptions get with 300 also.. nd u too got syra...nd  try uhmc will be easier, okay chances... wpi hard chances..
