U asked in terms of research and jobs. UIC gets funds good enough to sponsor Ur projects as it is way more reputed than sdsu. All U need to do is find a prof who can accept U as grad-assistant or just allows U to work on his project. You just cant compare UIC to SDSU in jobs coz of Chicago. See more
