you have mail them the official transcripts and other documents or you can submit in person when you arrive at UIC

there is no reason to worry about conditional admit as it is equivalent to full admit. The only thing differentiating those is that they haven't received our documents(hard copy)

for UIC, Conditional admission means that you were admitted with full standing, but still need to submit final, official academic credentials since the admission decision was made based upon unofficial credentials or while your prior degree program was still in progress.

You guys are wrong. Conditional admit means you haven't met the requirements of the college. If it is gre requirement, you will have to cross the par level before 2nd sem. If it's related to gpa, you will have to get 3.0 gpa for the first few sems to change your status.

That's a common procedure. You will have to upload your financial documents to get your i20. That doesn't refer to conditional admission. Does it specify "conditional admission" anywhere in your admit letter?
