A reputed university vs famous city

Hi . Im looking forward to pursue masters in data science for January intake. I've applied a handfull of universities so far , and i got offer letter from greenwhich University and dundee university As i know , dundee university is highly reputed and famous. It's located in scotland but I don't know any one from that place . So there can be trouble in accomodation On the other hand , greenwhich University a fair university too, which is located in London which is a famous City. And there 2-3 friends i know. So accomodation and guidance is better . So, Im really confused what to choose. If there is any helpful suggestions.
