What shall we do after being accepted to US institution ?

I have completed filling up the application form for UMass Dartmouth and confused when shall we apply for scholarship or assistantship opportunities. Also, do we need to show source of funds before getting I20 from the institution or after? #applicationprocess #masters #datascience
