If you want a research based masters then see if you can add research to your profile. If you are looking at a course based masters add projects and internships to your profile. Raise your GPA especially for universities in Canada (Univ of BC, Univ of Toronto, Waterloo). You have a high GRE score which will be valid for 5 years. Look at profiles of admitted students for CS at Stanford, UC Berkeley, Carniegie Mellon, UT-Austin, Univ Washington and other top CS schools. Fill in what your profile is missing and target top universities early.
