Shortlisting of universities for MS in Data Science in US

I am trying for an MS in data science.  
    
  Profile:  
  CGPA: 9.15 from IIIT Kottayam (B.Tech CSE)  
  GRE: 312 (164Q+148V)  
  TOEFL: 101  
  PROJECTS: 4-5  
  RESEARCH PAPER: None, but working on  
  INTERNSHIPS: 4 (1+1+3+2 months respectively)  
  (All internships related to machine learning, data science and web scraping using python)  
    
  I have considered the universities with GRE waivers  
    
  The following are the universities I am thinking of applying to:  
  1) University of Wisconsin Madison  
  2) New York University  
  3) University of California, Davis  
  4) Michigan State University  
  5) Indiana University Bloomington  
  6) University of California, Irvine  
  7) North Carolina State University  
  8) University of Massachusetts Amherst  
  9) University of Texas, Dallas

  11) Florida State University  
    
  Can someone confirm if there are GRE waivers at these universities for data science courses? And also, what are my chances at these universities for fall 2023?
