Letter of recommendation

I am taking a letter of recommendation from my manager from previous employer . Both of us do not work in the company anymore. We both have switched jobs to different places. Should i ask him to give the LOR on his current company’s letter head? Or can i take it on a plain paper. #lor #ms #USA #sop #cs

He can give LOR on plain paper and send it from his email id of the new company. Universities always want official email id. He can mention his LinkedIn profile URL so that gives an idea about both of you're past employment. See more

Hi Khushi, It would not be suggested to obtain recommendation from an employer whom you have not worked under. Refer the following blog for guidelines on LOR document https://yocket.com/blog/sample-lor-ms See more
