Is 7.66 CGPA on a scale of 10 above 3 GPA on a scale of 4?

I converted my CGPA to GPA and it came out to be 3.2, but some universities have written “3/4 GPA or 8/10 GPA” in their criteria. Can anyone please confirm what will 7.66 become on a scale of 4? #GPA
