Applying for ms in electrical and computer engineering ( Intended specialization-Embedded systems) 
GRE- 300 (Q151 V149) 
Btech (ECE) - 66.06% (without any back)( UPTU doesn’t give marks easily) 
5 projects 
3 summer trainings :
   -Embedded systems using AVR
   -Advance Embedded Systems using ARM
   -RTOS and Device Drivers using Embedded Linux
1 internship in a UL listed company working on wireless fire alarms,sensors etc. 
Selected to participate in first ever IOT hackathon organized by INTEL. 
Excellent extracurricular activities.
SOP will purely show my dedication and passion to learn and contribute in embedded systems and IOT.

What are my chances of getting admit from these universities. Though I’m rewriting GRE but what are my chances if i go with this score.
I have one year gap because of some family issues and that i’m going to explain in my sop

Sjsu UTA SUNY Binghamton, these are the only chances. My friend got into UTA this year. 298 was his score and had a backlog when he applied. He cleared it later apparently :P 
I would suggest you to take it again. USC is very GPA centric. Don't apply there is my suggestion. Instead apply to other where you have actually got a chance.
