You have an overall decent academic profile. With these scores you shall be eligible for a lot of above average Universities.
I would suggest you look into these:
i. University of Arizona
ii. Florida State University
iii. Michigan State University
iv. Auburn University
and the list goes on. 
If I were to give some unsolicited advice, Chakradhar, I would suggest you work on your overall work experience and gain LORs and Certificates to strengthen your Resume. Your GRE and TOEFL scores are pretty good but your CGPA is below average, and you might need to elevate your chances by gaining further experience in your field.
Furthermore make sure to write a good SOP.
