Any chance of getting a decent US uni?

Greetings folks.  
    
  I am new to this entire process of applying for master's, shortlisting universities, etc., so before I go ahead and spend months on this, I want to know if I have a chance at decent unis in the US.  
    
  Target:  
  - MS in Computer Science (fall '25) from a good/descent US univeristy.  
    
  My Profile:  
  - GRE: 330  
  - IELTS: 8  
  - BE. Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani  
  - GPA: 6.6/10  
  - About 24 months of experience as a software engineer at startups(16 months full-time, 8 months internship)  
  - 3 personal projects (solo, non-academic, related to CS)  
  - 2 research papers (in progress, not published yet, related to CS)  
    
  I would be thankful for any analysis or uni recommendations.

Ma sha allah brother!.. Ur profile looks really great..! And im saying this straight forward itself.. Indeed your profile is good.. Your GPA could have been better and you could have gotten into some really good colleges..but then on the other side, its nothing to be de-motivated because every uni as far as i have heard.. 60% and above is the criteria i believe..! So its all good to go.. And yeah.. Regarding unis, u can choose clark university(but make sure to check once regarding the GPA requirement ), UMASS Dartmouth and Boston(do check boston once, i think Umass Boston is costly a bit, i dont remember and may be even Roosevelt university too if in case and yeah, due to EEE.. There MIGHT be some problem not saying that u will surely have for VISA, because he may ask u the reason why are u taking up MS in CS and even during application make sure your SOP mentions your desire for CS and experience so that it emphasizes your strong desire and willingness to study despite being from EEE background..! Hi mate! Thanks a lot for taking out the time to go through my query. Your comment is incredibly helpful; gave me the optimism I needed to make up my mind.

I agree, the GPA could have been better but because of covid coming at the time of my bachelors, everything went haywire. I am trying to compensate for it by writing some research papers and building projects. Would like to know if I could do anything besides this.
