Hi,

NEU's Project Mgmt programme is really good, with graduates working in a variety of industries such as data science, business analysis, and tech. Recently one of my mutuals who is pursuing MS PM at NEU got an offer from Walmart as a Project Management intern.

NEU has a location advantage with Boston being a technical hub, though location has taken a back seat due to covid and interviews for internships and full-time positions being conducted online. Having said that, Boston provides access to a variety of networking events that take place throughout the city. Because the NEU acceptance rate for most of their programs is extremely high, there will be a large number of students from India, which will increase competition for those on-campus opportunities but eventually students do end up getting one. The co-op programme, in which students intern at various companies, is also excellent. Internships and coops help students earn more money and incrementally pay off their debts.

Also, reach out to the alumnis of the program of your choice, on LinkedIn, as some of them might reply to you. Additionally, you can go through the popular rankings websites such 'QS RANKINGS 2022', 'US NEWS RANKINGS 2022', 'TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION RANKINGS 2022' and 'Forbes US University Rankings 2021'. Also, you should consider the factors such as 'Cost of living', 'Year-round weather conditions', 'CPT & OPT opportunities that maybe offered by the university'.
