Comp Engg is a hardware course and UIC is highly placed for that subject. SJSU is no where. Jobs/internship are a wail able through out states. No body asks ur CGOA in interview bcoz it is not that good a concept /behaviour. Prestige of university will last for first 5 years only. Eventually what work u have done matters after that. Go for UIC now to get well placed appointments. See more

Agreed with Harsh but still UIC because degree from UIC is preferred over degree from SJSU.
PS: I have researched only MIS courses and not any other.

Sjsu is in silicon valley :p

UIC without second thought out of these two. It's in Chicago which is job hub.
My suggestion is UIC.
