What's your opinion on applying to good colleges without gre and an average cgpa.

Question

I absolutely have no time for prepping gre so planned to apply for good colleges with gre waiver. Got have cgpa 7.6-7.8. one international publication. Coursera certifications related to the major. And 24 months of experience at Bosch. TOEFL 110. How would my chances without gre in a uni like Uni of Minnesota #admissions #grewaiver
