Can you suggest me some universities in USA which would provide admission to students with speaking band score 5.5 on IELTS for computer science related problems

Hi,

You can look into the following universities in no particular order: TAMUCC,  IIT chic, ASU, NCSU and so on.

You can go through the yocket free tool at https://yocket.com/college-finder/masters
The tool predicts the colleges suitable for you based on your profile and categorizes them into three categories namely, safe, ambitious, target. I would suggest you to apply for atleast 2 colleges from each category based on course work, opportunities, location and budget.

It would have been helpful if you had mentioned your entire score too. 
Although, here's a list of universities that accept IELTS score of 5.5 in USA :

University of New Haven
University of Missouri, Columbia
University of South Alabama
Tennessee Technological University
State University of New York (SUNY) Fredonia

However, I would also want you to stay informed about the fact that your speaking score is low and some universities generally require a minimum speaking score more than 6.0/6.5. 
It's better to check with the test score requirements of the universities that you've shortlisted.
