University shortlisting, GRE waivers and Tips for Spring 2023

I'm looking for Spring 23 opportunities for Master's in Engineering management.
I am recent dual degree (MTech) advanced manufacturing graduate from Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing.
CGPA- 8.1
Toefl - 100+ (expected score)
Gre - Not given
Has done many extra curricular activites, active club member , cultural secretary.
Has done Multiple internships in IIT M, Startups etc.
Currently doing project management internship.
Kindly suggest me universities to apply.
or should I wait for Fall 23 ?
Please help me out.
