dude think twice before u get lured into that ucinn 11k wala risk!
did u read all the letters carefully?
u need to finish all 30 credits in one year ie 2 semesters to get the 11k scholarship
30 credits one year isnt a joke

Both degrees are masters so for recruiters it doesn't matter ms or mengg... In MEngg you would have to take up some management courses with no research... But if you want to you can convert to ms easily after 1 yr... 
PS: I chose MEng Ucinn over uncc for mech!

U cinn is better for mechanical and aerospace anyday in terms of job prospects.. For Coursework i don't think there is much of a difference apart from some management courses in meng that has,been discussed in previous comments
