Does the 20% scholarship help bring down the overall tuition below NEU's course? If so, then it is worth going to Syracuse at a lower cost.
The average cost of living in Boston could be higher if you plan on living off campus when compared to Syracuse but do verify this information from the housing services of both the unis, on campus housing may be affordable or even costlier than average!
