I have completed my graduation this year with 8.5 CGPA 
And my profile is 
B Tech CSE -8.5 CGPA WITH 0 BACKLOGS 
GRE - 322 
IELTS - YET TO GIVE 
INTERNSHIP - 4 MONTHS AS PYTHON DEVELOPER 
+2 MPC - 97.3% 
10 th - 9.8 CGPA

Please suggest me a country and best univs I can get there ?!

USA is not really a viable option like it used to be. Gun violence, Expensive tution fee, Inflation on the rise and for everything they just print more money. So don't say USA is the best, we don't know what happens in the long run.
