Should I apply again? I applied last year at the University Of Concordia, Quebec, Canada for Masters in Public Administration. I was rejected on the following grounds that "although the applicant fulfills the requirements he is not among the top pool of students. As a result his file has not received support from the admission committee." I intend to apply again. I have learnt the French language till DELF B2 and increased my IELTS score as well. Should I apply again or not is the question? Any opinion on it might actually help.
