Shortlisting university for DATA SCIENCE moving from mechanical engineering background

Hi Guys, I have GRE 327 , IELTS 7.5 i want to pursue masters in data science , i come from mechanical background but have work experience of 15 months in software industry. Can anybody suggest some university for data science
