SAT vs ACT and IELTS vs TOEFL

Question

I'm class 12 PCM student, I think I should take ACT because its more natural for someone from STEM field
And,SAT is more natural for someone who is literature geek(reading books from his childhood, have great vocabulary)

And also I should take IELTS because it more widely accepted and known globally, because I'm not only targetting USA but other countries

Is it good option? 
And also someone suggest me free prep courses for ACT and IELTS
And also someone suggest what extra things I should do as PCM and CS student 
I wanna pursue CS, I'm experienced in coding made some projects

Hey Shubham,

I agree with you taking the IELTS. that seems to be the best thing to do for your case. As for the prep materials i recommend you looking up the Udemy IELTS prep and the ACT.org for.....you guessed it, ACT prep. Also use the Princeton Review ACT prep. all of these are free resources and are quite reputable. I'd also suggest you to attend and compete in some form of hackathon and other coding competitions. they'd be perfect for your activities section in the common app.
