Regarding Selection of University And Visa Process

Hello,
I got three offer letters from US universities as below
1) NJIT(New Jersey Institute of technology): MS Engineering Management (I-20 is process)
2)SJSU(San Jose State University): MS Engineering Management (I-20 is received)
3)ASU(Arizona State University): MS Industrial Engineering (I-20 is in process)

So, which will be the best option for me register?

I also applied in USC (University of Southern California) For MS Engineer Management but the application is still in review
so is there any option that I get visa appointment or get visa on other three universities and than I can change to the USC
