Please suggest me some universities of USA which are free to apply for masters program, like University of New Haven etc

Is that your criteria for shortlist? You’re going to still have to spend on tuition fee, you know that right? That’s going to be a much much higher cost. I’ll say Better to choose which university to spend that amount more wisely than just choosing to study there because it’s free to apply. See more
