1. UIC - Chicago is the cheapest City to Live in, lower Fee structure than Neu, Has a Good Ranking but 1 year course, 
2. NEU - One of the best MIS Course in the country, 100% Employability record in the Department, Co-Ops and Boston has Ample job Opportunities.

You can compare the curriculums, concentration, electives and location of the particular program offered by the respective universities to which you would want / have applied to, as they might be the most significant factors in your decision-making process. Also, reach out to the alumnis of the program of your choice, on LinkedIn, as some of them might reply to you. Additionally, you can go through the popular rankings websites such 'QS RANKINGS 2022', 'US NEWS RANKINGS 2022', 'TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION RANKINGS 2022' and 'Forbes US University Rankings 2021'. Also, you should consider the factors such as 'Admission requirements for International students (I am assuming that you are an Indian citizen), 'Cost of living', 'Year-round weather conditions', 'CPT & OPT opportunities that maybe offered by the university'. Also, you can contact the college representatives via the email id and/or contact number on the respective program page, department page or university website. Hope this helps you to get better clarity than before.
