Congratulations on your acceptances.

Coursework:
To begin, keep in mind that the majors offered by both schools are distinct. If coursework and curriculum are your top priorities, consider Computer Science because it covers a wide range of roles in a variety of industries. Opportunities will be created in business roles, data roles, and core technical roles as a result of CS. DS, on the other hand will limit you to only applying for a subset of available positions; however, if you take appropriate electives, you will be eligible for other roles as well.

Location:
UCSD but again location should be secondary since interviews are held online.

Rankings:
Pretty similar. For CS tho UW Madison is literally the best.

I would suggest UW Madison considering the reputation, rankings, research, affordability, academics and return on investment.
