Need help to get master scholarship

Hello. Just want to ask that i have done my graduation back in December 2019( Bachelor's in civil engineering) and after that i was in search of job which i can't find and after some time the COVID-19 hit and there was even less chances to get the job in my relevant Field.. Then i have to do something to earn , so i started teaching and give tutions to the student and just go through it till now.. today i m government primary teacher, so my question is that can i apply for Master program in Canada as i haven't any experience in my relevant field.
