Need advise

Is Michigan technological University good? I got accepted for Florida State University at Panama City, Colorado State U, and University of Louisiana at Lafayyete.
Not sure who s good. CSU is good, but the cost is 48K per year. I am leaning towards MTU

Is it OK to get multiple I-20s? Or is it going to backfire on me?
