Hi Anas,
Your GRE score is very low, and since you haven't given IELTS or TOEFL, it will be really hard for you get into good Universities abroad.
There is a lot missing on your profile but you needn't worry. Now is the time for you plan it all out. 
Firstly, You need to either find Universities where GRE is waived (not needed), or you can re-take the GRE test (this time with good preparation and expert guidance).
And then you should take English Proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL as they are needed in order to study in an English-Native country.

For all of this, if you start now, you shall be eligible for Spring Intake by January next year.
Also if you don't have a professional on your side, I would highly suggest you take expert guidance this time. This is the right time to start, the year is in front of you, don't delay.
