MS in CS in USA with 4 years of work experience but low GPA in engineering.

Hi All,
I am currently working as a software engineer at a renowned international organization, and currently have 4 years of experience. I aspire to pursue MS in CS in the USA in Fall 2023 (I know I am late), but I have a low GPA in my engineering.

Is there any hope that my work experience in software engineering cleans my slate of having a low GPA?

I have worked in startup and developed products from scratch and also I have worked on enterprise software development. I have the knowledge that colleges could have never provided... (My branch was not CS, it was Telecommunication Engineering). So, will the universities in the USA consider this?

I have no time to prepare and write GRE because I am still working and the application deadlines are over for some of the top universities. I will be taking IELTS soon.

Please share your thoughts and experience on this matter.
