TAMU, NCSU, Purdue - Mod, UB SUNY, Clemson - Safe. You can push a little and try Cornell, Penn State, and Virginia Tech as well. With a decent SOP at least 5-6 of these are achievable. Pls, do not settle and apply to universities that any local consultant suggests. With this profile most of the above are possible. You can look into yockets previous admits and LinkedIn profiles of the alum in universities before applying to get a fair idea.
