Looking for universities offering PhD communication (Social Sciences) without a GRE. Any suggestions? I was on a Fulbright exchange until this spring and intend to go back as a grad student. Have a doctorate in Theatre and Performance Studies, so this will be my second PhD. I also welcome suggestions for the SoP. How do I make it more compelling and say that another doctorate will boost my chances?
