HDFC Credila offers both secured and unsecured loans.  Secured loan will be more preferable as it increases the possibilities of better interest rates.  The best part of HDFC Credila is while you offer a collateral as mortgage, the Legal Verification & Valuation of the property is done by HDFC Credila only.  Whereas other banks may ask you to do these legal verification on your own which will incur cost plus run around searching for the professionals.
