In the education loan Sanction letter If there is University Name Isn't present,

I got a education loan In the Sanction letter there is No University Name present in which I'm going to do Masters.. Can I go ahead to ahead to Visa Interview with the same Loan sanction letter? Is there any Compulsory of University Name..? Please let Me know
