hi Divya,
It's good that you kept so many options open. Your 3+3 year course will make you eligible for a lot of good Universities. Your IELTS is pretty average and so is your UG CGPA, but you can balance it out with your academic and study experience.
I'll mention some Universities I think u should check out, otherwise the list is pretty long.
i. University of Texas, Dallas
ii. University of Massachusettes, Lowell
iii. Stevens Institute of Technology
iv. University of Nevada, Reno

It's advicable that you go on with the shortlisting process as this is the high time to do that. Make sure to write a good SOP to elevate your chances.
