I want to do phd in either business economics or financial economics or international finance from a reputed US university.

Will the stipend be sufficient to support family of 3?

Thank you Hritam. But they provide stipend of $30K-$45K p.a. pretax. plus child support. Isn't that enough? See more

Depneds on your location. If you are doing PhD from universities in California then ofcourse not. But if you are in some cheap places, then hardly you can survive. See more
