I want to do leadership program (master of education) Major (English, social science)

I have done Becholar of arts in 2011 , Master of Arts (English) and Becholar of education ( English, social science) . I have experience of 5 years in teaching till 2020 . My age is 31 .. m I applicable for this ?? I need clarification pls help me
