September or at max October. So will have plenty of time to apply early.

Hi Vishesh,
Your GRE scores are valid for five years. ETS (Educational Testing Service) will keep your scorecard in their system for five years after you take the test. So, I recommend you to not wait longer to take your test because top schools require high GRE scores. Appearing early means that you will have the flexibility to choose to give the exam again if you do not have good scores on your first try.
Whereas, an IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) is valid for two years. So, right now might be an ideal time to book both the tests as in case you're not satisfied with your results, you can retake the tests.

Check your  choice of university first.. For many universities they waived off GRE.. Ielts accepted almost everywhere.. Go for ielts first and based on university, go for GRE
