I have submitted my application for a Carnegie Mellon program. The portal shows application status as incomplete. why?
1. 2 out of 3 recommenders have completed and 1 is pending. Is it because of this?
2. Official TOEFL score not yet received. Is it due to this?
3. Is there any other form to be filled (similar to gradwatch for NCSU) after submitting the application? Can anyone please guide me with this?

Yes, for CMU- Ur LORs need to reach before the deadline or else U will simply be rejected.

Uhm. Well. CMU and u Mich are slightly unconventional programs. And gave a strong sop. So let's see. 
TOEFL website says my score will reach on 16. Do I send a mail to them asking them to accept this one day delay?

CMU sent an email when I started my application saying that my scores can reach even after deadline without impacting the application! So I guess a day or two is okay! Just checked. Thanks anyway :)

Its because 1 & 2. All test scores, LoR need to be submitted before deadline! And u have applied to many top rank unis. Waiting to hear from u regarding those unis decisions (u n I have purdue, tamu and Georgia common)

that's good. I have seen a case where an addition in the application was denied by gatech for the application after deadline. Its good that u got through.
