I have registered for GRE on Feb 29th along with that I have purchased TOEFL Voucher $165, till now

I have registered for GRE on Feb 29th along with that I have purchased TOEFL Voucher $165, till now I have not received Order Confirmation mail from ETS and voucher code information. All I can see is my order details in GRE login page in which Voucher information for TOEFL is empty. I sent an email to ETS but it is taking time, does anyone face this? Please let me know how to proceed with this. Thanks in advance.
